Events are signed with HMAC-SHA256 over timestamp + "." + raw JSON body. Verify X-APIPlus-Signature and reject timestamps older than five minutes. Deduplicate using eventId. Return a 2xx response. Failed attempts retry up to six times; redirects are not followed.
