One purchased SMS credit covers one SMS request. Package prices exclude 18% GST. Promotional balance, where available, follows the rate shown in your account.
Can I use my own sender or message text?
This OTP service uses its approved DLT sender and OTP template. Custom sender IDs, templates and free-form messages are not currently supported by this service.
Does an accepted request mean delivery?
No. An accepted request means the provider accepted it for processing. Check the delivery report in your account or connect a delivery webhook for subsequent updates.
When will purchased credits appear?
Credits are added after the server verifies a successful payment. A pending order or opening a payment app does not confirm payment. Contact us with your order reference if you need help; never send an OTP or API key.
How should I retry a request?
Use a unique request ID for every new SMS. When retrying the same request, reuse that ID to avoid submitting it as a new message.
Is Aadhaar verification live on APIPlus?
The Aadhaar page currently shows plans and a sample flow only. Live setup is pending and purchases are disabled there. No real Aadhaar verification is performed by the sample.
